lived where there's no hope
so many times we said we'd grow up great
yet in the end I saw you walk away
spent a hundred years wasting life away
the sad part is my only hope
left me years ago to find somebody else
I never even thought that you would leave me behind
you were who I trusted when everything went wrong
two thousand years went by
and when I say you next you were a different man
someone I can't trust the way I could before
you were just a cheat, nothing but a lie
when my life was fading
you turned the other way, chose to walk away
never said a thing or even look at me
